Our Roots
Purely Peaceful is born from a deeply personal journey of healing and heritage. Founded by author, activist, humanitarian at heart and PhD student Cindy Baxter, the business is rooted in her lineage as a direct descendent of Robert John Cazenave Peace. 

Having overcome personal and generational hardships, Cindy made a conscious choice to break negative cycles. Now she is actively reclaiming and standing for the true meaning of the English Peace family surname: safety, resilience, charity, kindness and unconditional harmony.

Our Purpose
In a chaotic world, finding your inner sanctuary is essential. Purely Peaceful is here to help you cultivate that quiet space. We curate sustainably made, eco-friendly candles and soaps designed to bring comfort and tranquillity to your daily rituals. We believe that global peace starts with inner peace, right inside your own home. 

Our Voice
True harmony radiates from the inside out. To inspire your daily routines, we also offer t-shirts, tote bags, and an original Book of Peace Aphorisms written by Cindy Baxter. These words and products serve as gentle, wearable, and usable reminders that peace is a practice we can choose every single day.

We are a business with a global soul. A core part of our mission is to generate the resources needed to officially re-launch the International Peace Society as a registered charity one day. *General Notes:

Purely Peaceful only ships to customers within the United Kingdom (UK) and the Republic of Ireland (ROI), the reason for this is because our world is currently in an ecological crisis including the climate emergency and as such Purely Peaceful is committed to keeping carbon emissions to an absolute minimum. 

Our primary business operations will be selling handmade candles and soaps, but we do also sell some print-on-demand products and The Book of Peace Aphorisms.

In future Purely Peaceful may extend to selling to customers in France out of respect for the distant French ancestry of Robert John Cazenave Peace (Cazenave is a French surname), however at present we are only selling to the United Kingdom and the Republic of Ireland.
